Baseline Pawn Returns To SSP As Sponsor Of 2015 Firecracker 100

Banks, Oregon- Sunset Speedway Park is proud to announce the return of Baseline Pawn as a race night sponsor for the 2015 season. They will be a sponsor for the Saturday July 4th Firecracker 100 event featuring the Northwest Extreme Late Model Series, IMCA Modifieds, Street Stocks, and the 4-Bee's. The Northwest Extreme Late Model Series will be the headliner of the night as the ground-pounding Late Models are sure to entertain their fans on Independence Day with thrilling speeds and breathtaking action.
“We're so happy to be back at the speedway this year,” commented Sheila Christensen, owner and operator of Baseline Pawn, “all of us here at Baseline Pawn are looking forward to a great season of racing in 2015 at Sunset.”
Greg Walters has won this event five times since 2007, including last year, while Brandon Lindberg picked up a win in the rain shortened 2008 edition. In 2012 Jerry Schram was the winner which saw the aforementioned series race against the Super Late Model chauffeurs that regularly inhabit the Willamette Speedway in Lebanon.

Sunset Speedway Park is scheduled to open up the 2015 season this Saturday April 18th. Pit Gates will open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates open at 3:30, and racing starts at 6:00. Tickets for this event are Adults $12.00, Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-18) $10.00, Youths (Ages 12-6) $5.00, and Children under the age of 5 are FREE and a family pass will be offered for two Adults and up to four Youths for just $35.00.
