Trenchard Excited For 2015 Wild West Modified Shootout

Nick Trenchard had a sensational season in 2014 surprising lots of Modified fans by winning three major features. Nick, out of Klamath Falls and yet again racing for car owners Rich and Nicky Biehn, hoisted the trophies of the Shipwreck Beads Northwest Modified Nationals in Elma, Washington, Rod Restad Memorial at Yreka, California's Siskiyou Motor Speedway, and the Lon Skinner Memorial at Southern Oregon Speedway in White City. Also among the accomplishments was winning a Wild West Modified Shootout event at Cottage Grove Speedway.
“I'm really looking forward to racing some tough competition,” stated Trenchard, “I can't wait to get back up north to Cottage Grove and hopefully we can have the same kind of result.”
He already is off to a stellar start in 2015 and proving that last year's success was no fluke. Trenchard is the current point leader at Siskiyou Motor Speedway where he has four main event victories. He would also pick up an important win at Southern Oregon in late May at the Roger Haudenschild Memorial. In total he has eleven starts and five main event wins. The 2015 Wild West Modified Shootout kicks off at Southern Oregon Speedway on Saturday June 13th. The tour will wrap things up at Willamette Speedway on the 19th and 20th to close the speedweek out for the second straight year. Teams from Oregon, Washington, California, North Dakota, Montana, and British Columbia Canada are expected to make the journey.
