Banks, Oregon – We are excited to announce the return of the T & G Thriller sponsored by T & G Trucking & Freight. The 2016 season is shaping up to be one of the best season’s yet. The T & G Thriller has always been a driver and fan favorite for years. This year the event will be The T & G Thriller Doug Walters Classic which will be held on August 27th.

The T & G Thriller will host Late Models as the main event running (67) laps in honor of the late Doug Walters. The Budwieser IMCA Modifieds will run (57) laps, the Bridgeport Logistics Street Stocks will run (47) laps and the 4-Bees will run (37). T & G Trucking has generously sponsored additional purse money for the T & G Thriller Night.
The Late Models will be $1500 to win and $150 to start, Budweiser IMCA Modifieds will be $750 to win and $125 to start, Bridgeport Logistics Street Stocks will be $225 to win and $40 to start and the 4-Bees will be $150 to win and $20 to start. (A-Mains)

This year will mark the 8th Annual Doug Walters Classic, all 7 previous years have been won by Greg Walters, who is the son of the late Doug Walters. This year the T & G Thriller Doug Walters Classic will also be a points race for the 2016 I-5 Late Model Cup Series, which should produce some great car counts for the Late Models.
