Ryan Conroy Wins 98.7 The Bull 4-Bee Bonanza 60; A. Case, Brookshire, And K. Batalgia Also Get SSP Wins

Banks, Oregon- Sunset Speedway Park held their biggest 4-Bee race of 2017 on Saturday, July 29th. Dubbed the 4-Bee Bonanza 60, presented by 98.7 The Bull, “Banks Bullring” would have a sixty lap feature with the first thirty laps having the field turn left and the final thirty laps turning right. Also in action were the Bridgeport Logistics Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, and New Bees.
Ryan Conroy would get the job done in the 98.7 The Bull 4-Bee Bonanza 60. It is Conroy’s first win of the current campaign after so many top five finishes. Ryan is the sixth different feature winner.
Vancouver, Washington’s Arnie Case would collect his second win of the year in the Bridgeport Logistics Street Stocks. It makes him the only repeat winner in the class this year. Larry Brookshire obtained his fourth Pure Stock victory of 2017. Brookshire has been utterly dominant for the majority of the season.
In the New Bees Kaylee Batalgia was the victor. For Batalgia she is now the only driver that has won more than once in the division.
Sunset Speedway Park returns to racing on Saturday, August 5th. Four classes are on the card including the Budweiser IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport Mods, Bridgeport Logistics Street Stocks, and Pure Stocks.
Pit Gates open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates 4:00, Time Trials begin at 5:30, with Racing kicking off at 6:30. Tickets are $13.00 for Adults and Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-17) $10.00.
