Walters, Case, Krohling, Wolfe, And Chandler August 4th Winners At Banks

Banks, Oregon- Sunset Speedway Park was in action on Saturday, August 4th for their first race of the new month. Five division were in competition including the IMCA Modifieds, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, 4-Bees, and New Bees.
Greg Walters, from Banks, would conquer the IMCA Modifieds for the third occasion in 2018. Arnie Case, out of Vancouver, Washington, scored his twelfth win of the campaign in the Street Stocks. Tanner Krohling was triumphant for the fourth time in the Pure Stock ranks.
William Wolfe managed to get the job done in the 4-Bees by winning his third victory of the year. Lastly, Tori Chandler became the second repeat winner in the New Bee ranks after getting the second win of the season for the team.
The “Banks Bullring” returns to action on Saturday, August 11th for the Open Wheel Frenzy presented by Deering Management Group. The Wingless Sprint Series, IMCA Modifieds, Northwest Focus Midget Series, and both classes of Micro Sprints will all be on tap.
Pit Gates open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates 4:00, with Racing kicking off at 6:30. Tickets are $13.00 for Adults and Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-17) $10.00.
